The many co-hosts of the Summer Fun Team—Jeanine Clapp, Susan Costa, Carmella Manning, Sheri Weitner, Ann Pangori, and Dee Dunphy—have offered a wide variety of entertaining events to keep the summer heat at bay and keep residents entertained from the comedic stylings of RC Smith to WINEO Bingo to “Strictly Sinatra” with Michael Dutra.
The group’s goal is to provide high fun for Sabal Springs’ summer residents at a low cost ($10 and under) or free. Ticket cost cover expenses only.

PIRATE SCAVENGER HUNT
The Pirate Scavenger Hunt with lunch, treasure, and treats! Time: 12:30 to 3 p.m., Cost: $5. In your golfcart or car visit 10 stops around Sabal Springs to enjoy a light lunch—hotdog with chips, drinks, and collect treasure to keep. Items include diamonds, rubies, keys, tarot cards, and coins. Along the way gather clues and answers on your treasure map. Tickets are on sale NOW. LADIES WHO LUNCH
September “Ladies Who Lunch at Sabal Springs,” offered FREE at Susan Costa’s home at 17656 Date Palm Ct. Time: 12 to 1:30 p.m. Lunch menu: chicken and seafood salad sliders and assorted salads. Always, cookies or desserts and assorted drinks (iced tea, soda, juice, wine). Seating for up to 50 residents will be available in the kitchen, living room, and lanai. Arrive in your golf cart (park in the yard) or park your car along Date Palm Ct. Optional, donate a couple $$ to help cover beverage cost. Sabal Comedy Night with Cash Bar. Doors open at 5:45 p.m.; Show starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets: $10. Featuring Headliner RC Smith with a NEW show in the Sabal Springs Multipurpose room. RC Smith is a comedy pro with more than 20 years of experience in NYC and now he’s bringing his high energy, quick wit, and crowd-engaging style back to Sabal Springs for one more show! The ticket price includes a visit to the FREE concession stand in the Multipurpose room with popcorn, chips, and candy.
