BEER MARGARITA
This recipe for the refreshing and quirky Beer Margarita is courtesy of The Food Network’s Sandra Lee.
It’s easy to make—five minutes—and yields four servings—double, triple, or quadruple based on the number of football fans at your next gathering.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
¼ cup coarse salt
2 (12-ounce) bottles of your favorite beer, chilled
½ cup frozen concentrate limeade, thawed
½ cup of your favorite tequila, chilled
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Rub lime wedges around rims of four margarita glasses.
2. Dip rims into salt to coat lightly.
3. In a medium pitcher, combine beer, limeade, and tequila.
4. Fill prepared glasses with ice, then with margarita mixture.
5. Garnish with remaining lime wedges.
6. Serve immediately.
